Description

The 1420gsm Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric is an industrial high-temperature cloth with a 420gsm silicone coating. It is primarily used as the outer cover layer for fabric expansion joints. This material is robust and durable, capable of withstanding high temperatures and corrosive fumes, and has high strength and flexibility.

With its silicone coating, this material provides a fire-resistant, heat-insulating layer, making it suitable for temperatures from -50°C to +250°C. Its flexibility and strong adhesion between the silicone and fiberglass, along with excellent mechanical properties, make the 1420gsm Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric ideal for fabric compensators and flexible air duct connectors, which handle the expansion and vibrations from hot gases. It also resists environmental impacts well. Fabrics are joined by stitching and sealing the seams with silicone glue for airtight protection.
