Description

Vermiculite and PU Coated Silica Fabric(Style: Suntex-7018) is a specialized high-temperature resistant fabric product. Its base fabric is high silica fabric, with one side coated with a high-temperature resistant vermiculite layer and the other side coated with a PU layer. This design allows the fabric to be both heat-resistant and anti-fray during fabrication.

Suntex-7018 product is widely used in the insulation field, especially in applications involving direct contact with heat sources.

Vermiculite Coating and PU coating

The vermiculite coating can expand to form a dense protective layer when exposed to high temperatures. It also enhances the temperature resistance limit of the fabric. The PU coating can reduce the generation of frays during fabrication, improve production efficiency, and reduce safety risks.
