Description
The 1250gsm 1.3mm High Temperature Finished S.S. Wire Fiberglass Fabric is treated with a special high-temperature resistant inorganic coating. The base fabric is special ECR fiberglass reinforced with stainless steel wire, ideal for use as the hot side layer of turbine insulation covers. It can withstand long-term temperatures of 700-750°C and is resistant to thermal shock. It produces minimal smoke only during the first half-hour of initial heating, after which it is smoke-free.

Features
High Temperature Finished Coating
The high-temperature resistant inorganic coating enhances fiberglass fabric's thermal stability, protects against heat degradation, and improves durability. It also reduces smoke emission during initial heating, making the fabric suitable for extreme temperature applications like turbine insulation.
ECR fiber yarn
ECR (Electrical and Chemical Resistant) yarn in fiberglass fabric offers enhanced resistance to high temperatures and chemical corrosion. It improves the fabric's mechanical strength and thermal stability, making it ideal for demanding applications like turbine insulation where durability and heat resistance are crucial.
Texturized fiberglass fabric
Texturized fiberglass fabric is better for thermal insulation because its textured surface increases the fabric's thickness and surface area, enhancing its ability to trap air and reduce heat transfer. This results in improved insulation performance compared to regular fiberglass fabric. Additionally, the texturizing process can improve flexibility and handling.
S.S. (V4A) wire insided
The stainless steel wire inside fiberglass fabric enhances its tensile strength and temperature resistance. It provides additional structural support, preventing deformation under high heat and mechanical stress, making the fabric more durable and reliable for industrial applications.
