Description
Lacing washers are used to secure insulation mattresses by attaching them underneath. Lacing hooks are placed on the front. Once installed, a 14mm wide, 30mm long U staple fastens them to the mattress.
Stainless steel lacing washers are available, measuring 0.6mm thick, 20mm wide, and 24mm long. Custom sizes and materials can be ordered.
After attaching lacing hooks and washers, use stainless steel tie wires or springs to firmly secure the insulation mattress to pipes or equipment.
